Challenge Completed – interview.

by aileen on October 28, 2009

Yesterday I met up with Stacey Kay at a local coffee shop so I could be interviewed for her journalism assignment. It was probably the easiest challenge I’ve done yet – it was like sitting and chatting to someone I’ve known for ages, even though it was our first time meeting.

I hope Stacey won’t mind me saying this but she is all attitudeĀ  – and it’s all good!

If I were you, I’d try and meet this girl now, I think she is going to be a big noise one day. I haven’t seen her writing yet, but I know that if it comes from her heart it will be very good. She may be short (I don’t think she’ll mind me saying this) but she has enough personality for someone who is 6ft 11.

I hope she is keeping notes on her life, like getting stuck on the 2nd floor of a UL building for 6 hours last week (you’ll have to ask her). She has overcome more in her life so far than most of us will ever face, and I’m betting she did most of it with that infectious grin on her face. I’ll be first in line for that girls autobiography.

So another challenge is complete, and I think, another new friend has come into my life.
